Who are we?
Providing stable employment to those who have been out of, or struggled to get into, the workforce for a long time has flow-on benefits for our whole community.
Soft Landing ACT Manager Kylie Roberts-Frost
Community Resources is a national not-for-profit that runs some of the largest social enterprises in Australia and delivers much-needed community services, employing 650 people last year, 79% with barriers to employment (target groups are Aboriginal people, former refugees, long-term unemployed and young people).
What are we doing?
How can we help Community Resources build capacity to scale and weather events such as COVID-19, so it can continue creating jobs for people experiencing disadvantage?
