Providing stable employment to those who have been out of, or struggled to get into, the workforce for a long time has flow-on benefits for our whole community.

Community Resources
Community Resources is a national not-for-profit that runs some of the largest social enterprises in Australia and delivers much-needed community services, employing 650 people last year, 79% with barriers to employment (target groups are Aboriginal people, former refugees, long-term unemployed and young people).
What are we doing?

How can we help Community Resources build capacity to scale and weather events such as COVID-19, so it can continue creating jobs for people experiencing disadvantage?

Community Resources - Soft Landing

By providing business continuity support and capacity building to CR’s largest social enterprise Soft Landing during COVID-19. Now working on national pilot for people facing barriers to employment, engaging the most disengaged and disadvantaged in our community.
