Conscious Investment Management (CIM) is an impact investment manager who funds assets that create positive social and environmental impact.

Conscious Investment Management Summer Housing Fund - Conscious Investment Management Summer Housing Fund

The CIM Summer Housing Fund is financing the development of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects. The portfolio now comprises 50 SDA apartments in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne, specially designed to suit people living with a disability who have high support needs.
