Who are we?
Sydney Policy Lab
The Sydney Policy Lab is a multi-disciplinary research initiative at The University of Sydney. The lab brings people of different backgrounds together to create new knowledge and to workshop solutions for policy change. To do this it conducts research projects, develops training programs, and engages in public discussions.
What are we doing?

How can we close the education gap for students in low socioeconomic communities – and ensure they have the schooling they deserve to create a future of their choosing?

Sydney Policy Lab - Building Evidence and Enhancing Capability / Australia Cares.

Collaborating with independent experts, leaders and practitioners, the initiative researches the capability-building needs of organisations and groups – collectively termed, ‘civil society’. The goal is to find out the help and interventions that will enhance the sector’s impact over time.
